Then what do you actually charge for?

AI agents, hired on demand. If you want ambient scribing on a visit, point-and-capture measurement on a photo, or automated coding review on a claim, you pay for that agent's work on that encounter. If you don't use them, you don't pay.

How does that compare to a legacy wound EMR?

Most legacy wound EMRs charge a flat monthly fee per provider — often several hundred dollars — whether you see two patients that month or two hundred. AI features, when they exist, are bolt-on add-ons with their own line items.

Are there setup fees or migration fees?
