The rule: internal consistency before trajectory

Before the trajectory curve is updated, the current visit is checked against itself. Tissue type, exudate, wound bed appearance, and geometry must be internally consistent. A granulating, sloughy bed cannot also be a five-centimeter deep defect. When they disagree, trajectory is withheld.

What verification actually does
