Open the patient overview and tap Simple Note. Patient context loads automatically for the request. 2. Dictate the call, then generate the note using the AI scribe for wound care. 3. Find the finished note under Clinical Notes, structured as Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan. 4. Sign the note — signing runs a compliance check. Note that Simple Notes carries no billing codes. 5. Signed charts lock automatically and stay locked until you choose to unlock them. ### When to use it Reach for Simple Notes on brief, low-complexity encounters where a full billed visit isn't warranted.
